Terms & Conditions

1. Shipping plans will be created and approved by you.

2. We will not start turnaround time until we have an approved shipping plan and the product in stock.

3. Our turnaround time is 24-48 hours. If shipment is not ready to ship by the end of business day of the 48th hour, we will provide a 10% discount for late shipment.

4. All damaged items will be disposed of after 30 days if you do not advise us what to do via email.

5. All extra items will be disposed of if you do not advise us what to do via email.

6. Any removals from Amazon that do not have your name on them will be disposed of.

7. You will be reimbursed for products that have been mislabeled by Western Prep & Ship. We require that the products be shipped back to Western Prep & Ship and we will provide pictures to you of the mislabeled items. In the event that the items are not mislabeled and Amazom is at fault, Western Prep & Ship will not provide reimbursement.

8. Western Prep & Ship reserves the right to retain inventory for unpaid invoices.

9. Western Prep & Ship will not disclose or use any supplier information to any outside third party.
